Visitor Centre

A place for visitors from near and far

In 2025, as part of the renovation of the public space in front of the church, we opened a new Visitor Center, providing essential facilities for all who arrive. Our goal was to make the church truly accessible and open to everyone. Therefore, the renovated space includes improved access to the church for people with reduced mobility and for parents with strollers.

How to reach us

The Visitor Center is located under the central staircase leading to the terrace and can be reached via two gently sloping paths directly from Karmelitská Street. On the left, you will find the souvenir shop and visitor hall, and on the right, public restrooms.

Souvenir Shop

In the shop, we offer souvenirs themed around the Infant Jesus of Prague and other items, such as statues of the Infant Jesus, Czech crystal glass, rosaries and crowns, medals and pendants, publications about the Infant Jesus and the church, as well as prayer cards and novenas. The vast majority of our goods come from local Czech manufacturers and can also be ordered via our e-shop.E-shop is temporarily suspended until March 20.
By making a purchase, you support the restoration and operation of this pilgrimage site.
